IP telephones, and Cisco Soft IP phones. These services
are intended to be delivered in conjunction with an AVVID
IP Telephony Certified Cisco Partner that will provide
Plan, Design, and Implement (PDI) services.

up/down fault monitoring of the main SNMP-enabled elements
in the IPT network including the routers, switches, voice
gateways and convergence servers
IPT Performance
Management: 24x7
performance management of the main SNMP-enabled elements
in the IPT network plus detailed call quality monitoring,
management and reporting to ensure consistent quality and
performance of the network for voice and data services
Remote Telephone
Support: 24x7 remote telephone support
to answer technical questions and perform remote diagnostic
and troubleshooting activities across all contracted components
Remote Critical
Patch Upgrades: Remote critical patch
upgrades to address known hardware/software issues released
by the manufacturer

telephone MACDs and configuration management.
